1. Service operator and scope
PRELAUNCH INTERNAL TEST ONLY, located at NOT CONFIGURED FOR PUBLICATION, is responsible for the personal information described in this Policy. This Policy applies to our public website, account centre, support channels, purchases, and proxy service administration.
2. Information we collect
- Account data such as display name, username, email address, referral relationship, and password hash.
- Commercial data such as balance activity, orders, products, service terms, payment confirmation references, and refund or dispute records.
- Service data such as allocated proxy resources, connection or usage metadata made available by infrastructure providers, API activity, timestamps, and security events.
- Support data such as messages, attachments, category, status, and communication history.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser or device information, cookies, session identifiers, request logs, and diagnostic records.
We do not ask you to submit the contents of traffic sent through a proxy. Infrastructure providers or destination services may process network traffic under their own terms and technical requirements.
3. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide, deliver, renew, and support services; process balance and transaction records; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose incidents; comply with legal duties; communicate service notices; and improve reliability and usability. Where applicable, our legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, and consent.
4. Sharing and service providers
We may share information with infrastructure and upstream proxy providers, hosting and security vendors, payment or blockchain service providers, analytics or communication services, professional advisers, and authorities where required. We disclose only what is reasonably needed for the relevant purpose. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. International processing
Because the service and its customers are global, information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards and assess service-provider access and security.
6. Retention
We retain account, transaction, security, support, and service records only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, detect abuse, meet accounting or legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type and jurisdiction. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably required, unless preservation is legally required.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator. Send a request through prelaunch@invalid. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
8. Cookies and security
We use essential cookies or similar storage for sessions, language choice, referral attribution, and security. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Protect your credentials and notify us promptly of suspected compromise.
9. Children and updates
The service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. We may update this Policy as the service or law changes. The effective date and policy version shown on this page identify the current version.
10. Contact
