Proxy1. Agreement and service
These Terms form an agreement between you and PRELAUNCH INTERNAL TEST ONLY (“518Proxy”, “we”, “us”). Our registered business address is NOT CONFIGURED FOR PUBLICATION. By creating an account, purchasing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Billing & Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and be at least 18 years old. If you use 518Proxy for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for complying with laws, sanctions, export controls, and third-party platform terms that apply to you.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, protect your password, API keys, proxy credentials, and devices, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Accounts and credentials may not be transferred or resold except through an authorized partner arrangement.
4. Service and availability
518Proxy provides access to proxy infrastructure and account management tools. Locations, carriers, addresses, performance, compatibility, and inventory can change. A catalogue listing is not a promise of live stock. The purchase screen or a written order confirmation controls the market, quantity, term, price, and delivery method for an order.
We do not guarantee that a proxy will be accepted by a particular website, platform, or application. Customers must test compatibility and use the service responsibly.
5. Orders, delivery, and renewal
Review order details before confirming a purchase. Digital service begins when credentials or access are provisioned. Keep delivered credentials confidential. Renewals are user-initiated unless an order screen expressly states and obtains consent for automatic renewal. We may decline or delay an order when stock, risk, compliance, payment, or provider verification is unresolved.
6. Fees and taxes
Public prices and account balances are denominated in USD unless expressly stated otherwise. You authorize the displayed balance deduction when confirming an order. You are responsible for taxes, duties, bank, blockchain, or payment-network charges that apply to your transaction. Deposits and refund review are governed by the Billing & Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may investigate suspected abuse and suspend access needed to protect users, third parties, providers, or the network. We may preserve or disclose information when required by law or a valid legal process.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens the service. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and compatibility with third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to 518Proxy for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Changes and applicable law
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, notified through the account or contact information. These Terms are governed by the laws of NOT CONFIGURED FOR PUBLICATION, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
